At Thrive, Nova supports the front desk team, Dr. Katie, and the massage therapists in all the little ways that help keep the clinic running smoothly.

 

Nova is a Kinesiology student at the University of Calgary, with plans to become a chiropractor in the future. Her passion for chiropractic care and the medical sciences began in high school, where she first discovered her love for human biology through Sports Medicine classes. She’s always been drawn to careers centered around helping others, and chiropractic feels like the perfect blend of her interests and goals.

Outside of work and school, Nova is happiest supporting her friends’ bands and being out in nature — hiking, camping, or simply enjoying fresh air and sunshine. She also has a deep love for travel and meeting new people, and is always dreaming about her next adventure. Between school and work, she makes it a priority to explore new places and soak in as many experiences as she can.
