We get it — life happens! We understand that things like illness or emergencies can come up unexpectedly. We’ll always do our best to be flexible and compassionate when that happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that spot to someone else who may be waiting.

For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, our policy is as follows:

• Your first missed or late-cancelled appointment (with less than 24 hours’ notice) will be treated as a courtesy warning.

• After that, a cancellation fee may apply, as last-minute gaps are difficult to fill and impact our practitioners directly.
