To our Thrive community,
At this time when the news is dominated by COVID-19, we wanted to personally reach out and let you know that we are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your safety at Thrive.
We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and Alberta Health Services regarding the spread of the virus. Our focus is on continuing to provide you with the highest level of care while taking the appropriate steps to ensure your safety.
How can you help us maintain a safe environment? We ask that you not come to the clinic if:
You have traveled outside Canada in the last 2 weeks
You have a fever, cough and/or difficulty breathing
You have had close contact with a person with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19
You have had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness, who was in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Iran, South Korea, Japan or Italy in the last two weeks
At this time we remain open. We look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe environment for you and your family. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
